FOR SELLERS

Selling your home or any piece of property is not simple. For most people it is the most complicated sales transaction with the most money at stake they will ever find themselves involved. Consequently, it is prudent to engage a professional, trustworthy realtor like Lisa to guide the process.

Lisa initially meets with her seller clients to identify the necessary steps to prepare the property for sale.  For example, should certain repairs be made to the property which will facilitate an easier sale and/or potentially produce a higher sales price? Should the property be painted or professionally staged? Are there going to be persons living at the property during the sales process? How and when does the seller want the property to be shown to prospective buyers?

When it comes to the all-important issue of pricing the property, Lisa does her homework to enable her clients to obtain the best offer and price possible. She analyzes the current marketplace. She does thorough analysis of comparable past and present marketed properties. She listens to her clients and personally inspects her clients’ properties both initially and after any repair work has been completed.

Lisa uses all of the tools at her disposal to most successfully sell the property. Usually this includes, but is not limited to, taking professional pictures of the property, maximizing the property’s exposure on Metrolist, traditional signage, and the use of other traditional and non-traditional marketing and media platforms.

Lisa is personally involved with the process from start to finish including the attendance at her clients’ closing signings with the escrow company. She makes sure every detail of the transaction has been handled so the deal can close as soon as possible.
