ABOUT LISA CORREN

Having lived in Stockton her entire life, Lisa chose to attend college locally at University of the Pacific where she received a degree in prelaw with a minor in English. Lisa also later earned a certified paralegal certificate from Stockton’s Humphreys College.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Lisa enjoyed a successful career in law enforcement when she worked as a deputy marshall for San Joaquin County and as a correctional officer for the State of California. She also spent some time working for the San Joaquin County Superior Court and the Stockton Police Department.

Lisa’s education and work history made for an easy and natural transition to a career in real estate. She has been able to develop expertise and experience in handling a variety of property transactions including residential, commercial, agricultural, mutli-dwelling units, and rental deals. The last ten years of her real estate career has been spent with Grupe Real Estate where she has consistently performed as one of Stockton and San Joaquin County’s multi-million dollar realtors.

Lisa has 3 children, 6 grandchildren, is an avid runner (marathons and half-marathons), and has been involved with many local Stockton and San Joaquin County philanthropic organizations including March of Dimes, Dignity Health’s Fun Run, Junior League’s Special Needs For Children Festivale, and serving as a Eucharistic minister for Annunciation Church.

    From start to finish, Lisa represented a client who was physically assigned to a Naval ship. With a little assistance from the client’s girlfriend, Lisa helped the Client purchase a home he would come to occupy when his military deployment concluded.

  • Multi-Unit Properties

    Lisa has a lot of experience with buying and selling multi-unit Stockton properties including dealing with complicated tenant issues.

  • Commercial Property

    Lisa sold a commercial property which also involved the sale of a San Joaquin County mortuary business that took several months to negotiate and close escrow.

  • Personal Touch

    When her buyer client moved to Stockton from the Bay Area, Lisa met the client at 10pm on a Saturday night to personally deliver the keys and welcome the client to her new home.

  • International Investor Clients

    Lisa has several international investor clients who flip homes and/or are interested in financially viable Stockton and San Joaquin County rental properties.

  • First Time Home Buyers

    Lisa has worked with many first time home buyers and loves the feeling of handing keys to clients who have never before enjoyed the thrill of owning a house.

    When her out of state client was impatiently frustrated with the sales process and almost pulled the plug on the listing, Lisa found a buyer to pay top dollar and then even negotiated a separate deal for the sale of some of the client’s personal property.

    Lisa represented a client on a commercial office space deal which took more than a year to negotiate and close.
